You can taste Gumbas' passion from their pizza. Gumbas is a small family-run pizzeria. I used to like pizza from some fancy places. But now, I focus more on pizza itself than interior. After all, pizza is the main reason of why I go to a pizzeria.
Their pizza is thin crust type. I prefer this type than Chicago one. A small pizze will fit you well. Two medium pizza will make 2 - 3 people happy. A large pizza will relieve 3 - 4 people's hunger. One good thing is that you can ask Gumbas to have a half-half pizza which means you can have two flavors on one pizza: one half for a flavor and the other half for another flavor. If you would like to try something more than pizza, I recommend you to take their rib eye steak. Totof thinks Gumbas uses pizza stove and high heat to cook steak. That's why their steak is super tender. Don't expect they use fancy plates to serve you rib eye steak though. Remember, Gumbas is a family style pizzeria.
