Ruth's Chris

"Ruth's Chris Steakhouse cooks its aged, prime beef under an 1,800-degree boiler. The result is a juicy, seared steak."

So true.

We went to San Francisco to meet a friend. We drove on Van Ness and then we saw Ruth's Chris. Maybe it was the windy weather, maybe it was the temperature, maybe it was the tireness from the walking, we decided to try Ruth's Chris. We walked in. It was around dinner time. We waited for 45 min. We saw many people coming and waiting. It is absolutely a famous steak house. Our appetite increased as time went by.

We got a corner table. We looked at the menu and the menu was classic. A variety. We did not spead much time on ordering. We knew we wanted the best. We liked our entrees. Not remember the name of the best entree we had. It was half filet migon and half New York steak. The filet mignon was super juicy. We felt the meat melted right after it entered our mouth. OMG.

Ruth Chris is a serious restaurant. The atmosphere in its San Francisco branch is like 70s or 80s.

We were very amazed by the quality. Our stomachs did not allow us to eat too much. So, we did not enjoy dessert after the entree. But, we were already 100% satisfied.
