The Stress Institute

These dots can tell if you are relaxed or not?

You don't want to be like this cat. Not everyday at least.

Stress sometimes is cool. But, you don't want to be that cool often. We all need to learn things like how to control our emotions, how to manage our stress, and how to get away from stress as we grow up.
Some companies are creative. For instance, the Stress Institute. They issue stress dots and claim these dots can help you measure your stress level. Is it true? According to the Stress Institute,

stress dots are small non-toxic completely safe circles of microencapsulated cholesteric liquid crystals, which can be used to demonstrate the relationship between our internal emotional states, and our physiological responses to those states.

I tried a stress dot yesterday. It was interesting.
