We heard this restaurant from a friend. He loves this restaurant and highly recommends it. We went there and wow, so crowded.The place may not be designed to be crowded and noisy. But, due to its popularity, Bistro Elan becomes a hot dinning place. This place is good for people with small stomach. The rock shrimp appetizer, mussels, and fish fillet are recommended. If you are a meat person, you can try Elan's steak. Tender, moist, and with fragrant smell.
